If you live locally, I’ll be leading the following workshops & hikes this spring. If you’d like to join me, just shoot me a message HERE.
“Lessons from the Wild” Workshop
What might the American Beaver, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Snapping Turtle, and Porcupine have to teach you about improving your own health and well-being?
Join me on Thursday, April 5th or Wednesday, May 2 for this FREE workshop and to learn more about how to build a healthier lifestyle using light-hearted inspiration gleaned from the great outdoors.
Participants will also receive practical tips on finding local hiking spots and how to take actionable steps towards making these habits work for them.
