But not to worry, I’m not here to promote some “revolutionary secret” that no one else will tell you.
And I don’t shame you into “eating clean,” ditching gluten, or fearing sugar like it’s holding your paper boat in a storm drain.
Rather, I rely on the power of science & the outdoors to help you improve your physical & mental health, slay your dragons, and blaze your own trail through life’s twists & turns.
And my foundational philosophy is that it’s not how small you can be, but how big you can live that defines your health & fitness journey.
