This 5-week program features 3 full-body workouts per week, and it keeps things as simple as possible.
- Can’t fit your favorite hike or get to the gym? All workouts can be done at home or your outdoor spot of choice.
- Have an unpredictable schedule? You can choose the days & times that work best for you.
- Don’t have a lot of equipment? You only need bands, dumbbells or re-purposed items from your own home.
- Short on time? The workouts can be finished within 30 to 45 minutes.
- Need to multi-task? You can fit in a number of common household chores during your workout.
- Beginner or intermediate? You can choose the workout path that’s right for your fitness level.
- Still want to enjoy your holiday favorites? Watch one of the holiday classics while you get active (see my Resources page if you don’t have the specials handy).
